Library Rules and Regulations

  1. Please keep your issued books, photocopy materials, bags, umbrella, water bottle etc. on property counter.
  2. Don't leave your valuables e.g. Purse, mobile phones, laptop etc., The college authorities will not be responsible for the loss, if any.
  3. While availing Library facilities students should enter their Name, Class, Roll No., Intime, Out-time in the entry Register.
  4. Silence shall be observed in all areas of the library & therefore it shall not be used for group discussion & submission purpose.
  5. Mobile phones shall be switched off or kept on silent / vibration mode before entering the library.
  6. A student has to submit library card while borrowing a book.
  7. They must return the issued books on or before the due date i.e, within a week from the date of issue. Failing the compliance, Rs. l/- Per book per day will be charged as late fee.
  8. To re-issue Library books, students should Contact to Library.
  9. If the date of return overlaps on holiday, the book shall be returned on the next working day.
  10. Students are advised to check the book issued to them before leaving the counter.
  11. Reference books should not be taken out of the library. It should be referred in the reading room only.
  12. Library Material should be handled with care.
  13. If the students lost his/her Identity Card, Library Membership Card, a duplicate card can be obtained on payment ofRs. 50/- and Rs 25 - respectively.
  14. Please do not lend your library membership card, as you will be held responsible for any missing pages or lost books issued against your card.
  15. Every student is required to obtain a no dues /clearance certificate from the library before leaving the college.
  16. All students shall return their library membership card within one month from the date of declaration of the result, failing which they will not be issued the clearance in future.
  17. Xerox Photocopy facility is available on demand.
  18. Eatables are not allowed in the library
  19. Digital Library facility can be availed with prior permission.
